"Immaculate. Proprietors were very accommodating and made the event planning seemless. The historical nature of the venue was absolutely priceless for a wedding setting. Highly recommend and if I ever need an event in the future, guaranteed a return visitor here. Thank you Pat & Monica."
"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the historic Holladay House this past weekend. The owner greeted us upon arrival and carried our bags to the room. The house itself is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. Sounds of the crickets and the rustling trees could easily have been heard from our third story room. It was a perfect middle ground for our visits to both Montpelier and Monticello. I recommend the Holladay house to anyone in the area, local or traveling."
"The place is simply beautiful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day on the road. The common space is furnished in period furniture and provides a cozy ambiance reminiscent of a bygone era. Pat and Monica were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond. Seriously. I had forgotten something in the room, and a couple days later Pat legitimately hand delivered it to me when he was in DC. If you're anywhere remotely in the area, this is the place to stay."
"I enjoyed tea time with friends today at the Holladay House. What a treat! The space is gorgeous, the selection of food and tea was wonderful, and the service was so friendly and warm! I got to peek in one of the (unoccupied) guest rooms and it was so beautiful - I'm going to have to find a reason to stay in Orange, even though I don't live very far away. This historic building has been updated with modern conveniences and luxuries while still maintaining its character and charm. I definitely hope to return!"
"Our family had a wonderful reunion at The Holladay House Inn. The innkeepers Pat and Monica went far beyond the call of duty to take great care of us. The Inn itself is charming and very interesting, with wonderful touches throughout. Its location couldn't be better: very close to so many historical sites; really good vineyards and restaurants; and such beautiful countryside in all seasons. Pat and Monica, thank you for everything you did and helping us make this a trip we will long cherish."
