"Inconsistent. I've had both good and bad service, often not bad food too. But when it isn't even 9:30, and you can't get a frosty (they're supposed to close at 12, and it's NOT the first time I couldn't get a frosty). Sorry Wendy's. Sorry, me."

"Stopped here on a Sunday on our way home to Florida. It was 1:40 in the afternoon. We were the third car in the drive thru line. Sat there 15 minutes and never moved for them even to take our order. Cars were getting out of line and just leaving. Sadly, very poor management."

"This was a surprisingly good visit. We had stopped going to this location because it was extremely slow and they always left food out. This visit was very fast and nothing missing. Well I guess a good visit at this Wendy's is like hitting the lottery. This time two of the sandwiches I ordered were messed up. Every fry was ice cold. Like not even luke warm. I temped them at 65 degrees. In the temperature danger zone. We only live 2 minutes away. I don't expect to burn my mouth but I do expect warm. Heck McDonald's takes 5 more minutes to get home and the food is always much hotter."

"Can you please update the hours of operation. We got back from vacation to find power in our area was out. Thought no worries we love wendys, drove 20+ minutes, got there nearly a half hour before closing to find this location was already closed. By the time we got back to our area the only gas station with some warm food was closed. Our kids and us had to go to bed without food. I realize updating hours doesn't seem like a big deal, it ended up being a pretty big deal for our family."

"We are AT thru-hikers who stopped at Kroger to buy food and re-supplies. We had a sick friend at the hotel who asked us to stop at Wendy’s to bring her food back to the hotel, so we did. While we were waiting, we sat at a table with our sacks and also talked to another hiker we knew who was eating there. The manager came up to us and said we were not allowed to solicit for money in the restaurant, which one of our group politely explained we were not doing and said we were picking up food for a sick friend. The manager told her she would like us to leave. Fortunately, we had already paid for and received the food for our friend. I went to the manager, pulled money, credit cards, and my ID out of my pocket and said we did not need to solicit for money and were NOT soliciting for money. She said someone said we were soliciting and she wanted us to leave. I told her we were leaving, but that I was very offended. In a hateful, mean tone, she said, “Well, I’m offended, too.” Wow. Just, wow. I cannot believe how hateful and rude she was. Just because I am hiking does not mean I am homeless or soliciting for money. It means I love what God created for us and am spending a LOT of money to enjoy it in a way that brings me joy and peace."
