"Replacing incorrect order from week before, called when got home. Mgr didn't believe me. But I've gone there weekly forever & persons working the window have been wonderful & this only time order incorrect. 2 bacon egg cheese croissant ..& original for sausage olives. I don't eat anyones sausage except mine at home"

"The cashier was more interested in talking about a football team jacket then paying attention to my order. I had to take part of my order cus it was wrong. I probably wouldn't have been so frustrated if they would've been busy; but, my friend and I were the only 2 people in the restaurant. It was also a little irritating that the tray wasn't wiped down. I'm just glad my food was wrapped and away from the edge of the tray. It was on the edge of the liner."

"The best thing about this Burger King is its consistency of service - the food is always cold. Today I even got a bonus! My hamburger was cold and the bun was soaking wet."

"I’m not even the person who ordered the food, I’m just picking up food for my friend and they placed an online order at 3:25, it’s almost 5 pm. They have not even finished making the order. It is not busy, I was the only one in line waiting for the past 20 or so minutes. I understand being short staffed, I have worked in fast food short staffed but to not have finished an order place over an hour ago and honestly I doubt they’ve even started making it is just sad. Even better is that now there is a line and the people ordering have been getting their food while I’ve been waiting at the door. The line is now gone, I am literally still waiting on this food. This is so dumb I’m genuinely just at a loss for words on how this kind of thing happens"

"It's connected to a gas station. The play area got scrapped and is an empty room now. Really takes away from the charm. Food was Burger King Food. Just wish they hadn't forsaken the children's happiness as seems to be the fast food trend. At least we still have Chic Fil A for kids' play areas."
