"Very incompetent staff here (Keith) who had me waste 2 hours here for him to act as though he was doing everything else. Then proceeded to tell me my purchase wouldn't be ready until the following day. He failed to mention any of that on the phone before saying "sure come today it's ready". Now I'm waiting 7-10 business days to get my refund because I was misled and lied to before making the lengthy trip to their store."

"Changed the week my payment was due without telling me, and without my permission. Then thinks its okay to harrass call me all week."

"Rent-A-Center is Awesome I love the staff, at least they're better than their competitors, they're definitely willing to help you with whatever you want, if they don't have it in their store but has it in another store elsewhere, they'll reserve it and have it shipped to the store where you can pick it up. They're also willing to work with you like if you missed a payment they'll give you a grace period to pay it and let you keep it so long as you pay your back balance before it gets bad. I honestly don't know anymore rent to own stores that are more gracious than these people because they absolutely know how to truly help people get exactly what they want and they're more friendly and definitely willing to work with you so you can get what you want and be able to keep the things you get from them"

"Firstly I ordered a brand new washer and dryer and was brought a used and non working set. The front panel of the washer wasn’t even connected and there were dents and scratches all over the entire set. When I called to complain I was told I’d be give the correct set and never received it. I told them I wanted them to take it back as they clearly were not going to follow they with my original contract. A few days before they were due to pick it up I was exposed to corona and informed them I would be in a 2 week quarantine and they were welcome to get it after. They then showed up at my house not even a week later putting themselves and my family at risk. I’ve never experienced such garbage customer service and when I called the store I was told that I’ve ignored them and refused to answer calls. Mind you they left me one voicemail. The behavior from the manager and the delivery driver was disgusting. I will never use rent a center ever again."
