"Never did I think Burger King of all places would have great food and amazing customer service. Let me tell you something, I've gone to this location 3 times the past week. The same late night crew has been absolutely amazing to me. Dory and Marcus are phenomenal people and should be held on to for dear life as BK employees. Thank you for making me feel welcome and appreciating me as a customer. Keep up the great work!"

"My Friend and I ordered two milkshakes from the Burger King (BK) at 740 Warrenton Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia. We found gross foreign objects in our shakes, and brought it to the attention of the store manager "Marcus." We asked "Marcus" for the francize owners phone number and he initially did not want to give it to us and when he did, he gave us the wrong number, not once once, but twice. Clearly, this store is in need of a serious leadership intervention. Additionally, none of the workers were wearing gloves or hair nets while preparing food or serving food which we will report to the local health department. Never again will I patronize another BK facility. Do so at your own risk....this place is nasty and poorly run."

"Stopped at BK on our way to Kings Dominion with our family. He had dine in, and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly with great customer service. After ordering, they even brought our food to our table. My sister said it was the best service she'd had in years from a fast food restaurant. I visit this restaurant a few times a month and always have wonderful service & food! Great job, and Thank you!!!"

"I asked the manager for assistance because I had received a meal from a different location the day prior, and was having difficulty completing the survey on the back of the receipt because the store information was not printed. She was either condescending or intellectually challenged, it's difficult to determine which. I clearly told her I was trying to complete the survey so as to redeem my free burger, but the store information which is required for the survey was missing from the receipt. I then handed her the receipt. However, it wasn't even that easy because she kept interrupting me. She was trying to tell me How to do the survey while I was trying to explain to her about the missing information. I knew how to complete the survey! She just wouldn't listen.. If she was a decent representative of the corporation, she also would have honored the coupon in spite of it not being from her store! Now, here's my response to surveying her store! If ignore- ance comes in all kinds of packages!"

"I've been coming here on the occasion I'm yearning for a Whopper for a few years now... I don't come often though, about once every 6 months and I always enjoy my visit. The restaurant's dining room is always clean and really nicely decorated, especially during the holiday season. The service is always mediocre at best... they hire young teens who don't seem to be too enthused and they always act as if I'm bugging them when I place an order... as bad as that might be, I don't let it discourage me, because the food is decent."
