"I purchased my 2009 Toyota Scion XB in 2008. It is in its 16th year, and it has served me well. Recently I detected a minor leak and, based on the location, I assumed the moon roof was leaking. I'm relatively new to the Culpeper area, and because I always had my Scion serviced at a Toyota dealership, I naturally reached out there locally first for repair. Unfortunately my moon roof had been installed after-market and the dealership was unable to help me. I had quite a search before finding a business able to service my vehicle... New Generation in Culpeper on Poor Farm Road to my rescue. I made an appointment and was greeted by a very knowledgeable auto body professional who obviously knows his business, and who voluntarily spent about 45 minutes assessing the car for the leak source. He was able to determine that the moon roof is actually not the location of the leak. He made some adjustments on the car that just might take care of the leak all together (my best scenario), and addressed other potential areas of concern with me if in fact his initial repairs failed to eliminate the cause of the leak. Barring that, a scheduled water test will definitely solve the issue. Bottom line, I am confident the leak will be fixed. As a respected customer, I could not be more satisfied. I'm embarrassed that I did not get this man's name. My guess is he owns and/or manages New Generation. What I CAN tell you is he presents very? well, knows his business in-and-out, explains in detail his findings, and treats his customers with a mix of neighborly friendliness and respect. Recently had a sensor issue well after some repair work that I didn’t realize was (probably) from a small oversight during the initial repair, and they refunded the entire cost from another mechanic in good faith.
