"Update: Integrity owned up to their mistake and I am happy with the resolution. As promised in the review below I am updating the rating. My vehicle battery was left dead after inspection due to the daytime running lights being left on. Went to pick it up on a Sunday and nobody was there to help me jump it. Had to drive back home for jumper cables. I am writing this while my wife is driving us back to integrity to jump it. We do not know if irreparable harm has been done to the battery as you are never supposed to fully drain them. I will update my rating based on how Integrity responds to this situation."
