"Hit or miss. Last time was hit, very good pies, sauce wasn't bitter, crust wasn't soggy even on the house pie. Prices are reasonable especially with the BOGO deal on the pies. Hope to see them be more consistent quality wise on future orders."

They delivered it when i asked and the driver was very nice even though they were very busy. Thank you for making the entire process seamless for us."

"Absolutely the worst service for delivery in the area. I don’t often write reviews because I understand the difficulties facing restaurants, but tonight really was the worst experience I’ve ever had with delivery from anywhere. We ordered at 4:50pm with the explicit intention of “they often take awhile.” Little did we know! The lady on the phone when we ordered said it’ll be delivered by 6pm, but it may even get to us sooner! 6pm comes and goes. We decide to call at 6:30pm for an update, and they say it’ll be leaving the door in five minutes. What?? They say it’ll be to us in 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes comes and goes. It finally arrives at 7:05pm, two hours and 15 minutes after we ordered. And look, had they said they were busy or short staffed, I would have more sympathy. But they didn’t give us any indication. Even an apology when we called at 6:30pm would have been appreciated. This is the THIRD TIME this has happened. We kept ordering thinking it was a fluke, but it’s not. We don’t even order anything crazy, just two pizzas. It’s disappointing because the pizza is good, but their delivery and customer service is unacceptable for us to continue ordering from them."

"My kids and I enjoy Sam's pizza. Since we moved here nearly 3 years now we were recommended to try their pizza and have been going since. This week we decided to dine in, which we hadn't for a while. The service was phenomenal. My only complaint was the fattier wings were not cooked to perfection but after I spoke with the owner they took care of the matter immediately. I'm thankful for the care and service they have for their customers. Other than that minor incident they are a 5 star restaurant!"
