"I ordered delivery. It took over 90 minutes to arrive with no updates while waiting. Food arrived cold. I ordered the General Tso's Shrimp. It looked as unappealing as it tasted. The shrimp were not probably peeled so I had to continually pull pieces of "shell" out of my mouth while eating. Will not be ordering again."

"I love getting their sushi. They have a great price for the amount of food you get. I don’t usually sit in as I discovered them after Covid and they had not opened indoor seating at that point so I just call ahead and take out."

"NEW OWNERS BOUGHT OUT THIS RESTAURANT a year or so ago. I found this out just now. It has been a few years since I ate here at Dragon Chef. The food I ordered today was hot and it did taste good. I really liked the sushi rolls. However I found out that this isn't really the same restaurant like it used to be. The previous owners sold it to a new set of owners. This is why I think some long time customers in previous posts mentioned that the food is different, as well as other things they noticed being different. New owners, new and different aspects to Dragon Chef."

"I was so hoping to be able to give a good review! This used to be one of my favorite spots. However def will not be ordering again. Ordered delivery 2 meals with 4 spring rolls and 1 order of crab Rangoon. General Tso's is dry inside, with little to no spice. Fried rice is a bland rockdust. The springrolls were way over cooked like y'all almost made them sticks. And my favorite but sadly a meteor shower of disappointment is the rangoon, Thin with minimal crab mixture if you want to call it that. Id say a drop of cream cheese and they said that will do it and the taste was like biting into salt cream. Had to throw away immediately. And as for my roommates beef and broccoli she said it was edible but no flavor. For the price I would have hoped for better. Maybe they had an off night but idk."

"I consider this place a hidden gem of Culpeper, it's hard to find quality sushi there and Dragon Chef never disappoints me!! They do not do dine-in at the moment, but their food is excellent for takeout. They also have a great selection of both Chinese and Japanese dishes alike to choose from, I've never had anything that wasn't good either. Perfect for a night in!"
