"The customer here is TERRIBLE .. the barista wasn’t calling out peoples names for their order just placing it on the counter and walking off… I ordered an iced latte but got it hot, when I was trying to get someone’s attention to fix it they all looked around like they didn’t want to deal with it! If I could give this place a -10 I would! Also it takes them awhile to even fix your drinks/food cause everyone’s standing around talking!"

"No drive thru at this Starbucks. Service is good. I have no problem with the drinks. It was busy and I received my drinks before esteemed time from mobile order."

"after reading other reviews I'm starting to think this starbucks has a huge organization and time management problem. stood in front of the pick up counter for 10 minutes waiting for an order I put in 20 minutes ago before finally asking what was going on, being given the most deadpan attitude and told they didn't have that item???? I can't tell you why on earth they didn't ask me what I was waiting for or cancel the online order if they didn't have that item but whatever cast of characters was working this morning clearly needed some sort of guidance."

"Was there around 11AM. Hardly any customers in the store. The lobby appeared clean, and the staff greeted people when they entered. I was going to get a beverage but decided against it after seeing the condition of the restroom. There was the distinct smell of urine, and the floor around the toilet was wet. Being a former Starbucks partner, I was disappointed in the experience."

"I usually order from here, there should always be at least 3 people working because I’ve noticed it’s a popular location no matter day or time of the week it is. I pre-ordered through the app & asked for 2 scoops of strawberries and got nothing but the strawberry juice with lemonade.. I was trying to get their attention but they were so busy it was difficult. 2 people working there isn’t enough, had to wait an extra 10+ minutes for my baked good. Just put more people on the floor."
