"I ordered a plate of food and they messed up on my order, so i called the restaurant and they told me to bring back the food but unfortunately i couldn’t since i will need to go back to work shortly. I asked to speak to the manager but was transferred to the owner and she just yelling at me and didn’t even let me speak and hang up on me. One of the worst customer service experience i had. I will always buy food from them when i can. Not anymore after this."

"Couple things, they do not sell ALOT of Bolivian food which kinda sucks for a Bolivian restaurant. the charque SOMETIMES it’s served with real FRESCO cheese other times it’s not so I suggest asking before you order if they have fresh queso or the pre bought queso. The menú so tiny ! there entrees Monday - Friday only 5 - 7 items on the whole menu. Of those items I ordered Charque not available today ? Okay the falso conejo they didn’t have that either. :/ the pasteles are stale and have almost no cheese.. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and I came for a bit but the last two times I’ve come it has not been it.."

"First time here with the family and the food was really good. I’m Peruvian but my wife is Bolivian and she loved it so that’s a stamp of approval. Hostess and owners were very attentive. Spacious place which is rare from the Bolivian restaurants I’ve been to which are typically spaced way to close to each other . Definitely will come back!"

"WARNING: THIS RESTAURANT CHARGES 15% TO YOUR BILL WITHOUT FIRST INFORMING CUSTOMERS. Avoid restaurants that use this questionable practice. ORDERED: Salteñas, sailpancho and T-bone steak. PROS: Plenty and convenient parking, the restaurant has been renovated and expanded, it is spacious, fresh, clean and well maintained. Saltenas are big and filling, food is reasonably priced, the menu has multiple Bolivian options to dine, plates are big enough to satisfy your appetite. No waiting line on a Sunday afternoon. Overall the food is OK. CONS: Only one waitress working on a Sunday afternoon, big delays providing attention to customers, waiter very slow (why hurry, tip is forced to customers), the saltenas are ok but could have more taste. This restaurant adds 15% tip to your check WITHOUT informing you first: charging without initial consent is arguably an illegal practice. RECOMMENDATION: Restaurant and food is OK. THIS RESTAURANT CHARGES 15% TO YOUR BILL WITHOUT FIRST INFORMING CUSTOMERS. Avoid restaurants that use this questionable practice."
