"How does a Dunkin’ Donuts not have donuts at 11:30AM on a Wednesday morning? And when I asked if they will have any soon, they said no."

"New location yet understaffed. Ordered one drink + donut via mobile order. Drive thru took more than 15 minutes & my order wasn’t correct. What is the point of making specifications on an order if it won’t be fulfilled. Please hire more people so your quality of service can improve."

"The building looked new but the bathroom was dirty and there were flies in the donut area. Actually on the donuts. The owner should hire more staff and spend more time at the shop to oversee these short comings. The drive through is always ridiculously slow."

"Horrible new location. This is my third time of them doing something wrong where I had to write a review. First time was horrendous wait time of over 20 minutes Second time wrong size of coffee Third time I asked for no Bacon and of course as careless they’ve been in the past they put Bacon. AVOID THIS LOCATION!"

"Absolutely one of the worst Dunkins I've been to in the DMV area. I'm not certain if Sumaiya hates her job or was just having a bag day, but it was apparent she didn't want to help me with my transaction. I wasn't greeted, smiled at, thanked and was barely spoken to by this young lady. I work 5 days a week for a transportation company that serves the entire DMV area, and I travel to various Dunkin Donuts daily while working. I've been to over 50 Dunkin's in the last 6 months alone, forget the last few years. This one almost takes the cake for the worst customer service, because it's usually phenomenal. I don't like writing bad reviews but I felt so bad after leaving this Dunkin'! The only thing good about this experience was the green tea which was perfect. I'll try my luck next time with lower expectations."
