"The staff was nice. I understand it gets busy and such. No complaints about the location staff but the location had a visit from who I am assuming is their District or Regional Manager and she was very rude to them. I didn't appreciate that."
"The staff and service are average. However this review is about the District or Regional Manager. It is honestly outrageous and disruptive to patrons if we have a higher up manager yell at all the employees and embarrass them. This is not a good environment or look for anyone included. Starbucks please remember to train all District and Regional Managers proper professional behavior!"
"Terrible customer service. I’m pretty much the only customer, only ordering a plain vanilla bean Frappuccino and it literally took 15min. They were talking so much that they forgot my order was still on the blender. Definitely unsat and don’t recommend going to this Starbucks."

"Usually when I go to a Starbucks it’s the expectation of cleanliness, but today I decided not to even patronize the establishment because tables were dirty, chairs scattered all over the place, customers are wiping off their own table to sit down, debris all over the floor, business is slow and the employees is just walking around talking. I’m taking my money elsewhere."
