"Happy meal, happy place. Daughter went to McDonald's. Now grandkid enjoys the happy meal. He is happy, that is good enough. McDonald's has done a good job with the app and kiosk ordering. Makes ordering very convenient."

"I recently had a disappointing experience at the McDonald’s drive-thru. Despite placing my order, my food did not come out as expected so I had to walk in to receive my food via drive-thru. While the service recovery was appreciated, the initial mishap left a negative impression. Accurate and timely order fulfillment is crucial in a fast-food setting, and this instance fell short of expectations. Although the staff’s efforts to rectify the situation were commendable, the overall experience left me somewhat dissatisfied. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in the drive-thru service to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for future customers."

"The sundae is half full received from the staff. When l asked, she said this is correct amount. I sure will not come back again since l always got full cup of sundae from other McDonald’s."

"I understand these employees get paid way less than what they actually deserve but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude to customers, apparently they do not know how to respond to a “thank you” or “please”, when I went to the first window to pay for my order I asked for my receipt and the lady hesitated on handing out the receipt, then I had to ask a second time and then she handed out my receipt along with 3 other receipts from the customers before me, and I just find that annoying and disrespectful in many ways. Then I went for the second window to get my food, I got my food and then asked the guy if I could get some barbecue sauce and he just stared at me but handed me the Sauce and then I said thank you and he did not say anything back which can sound childish from my part but this a business based on customer service. I do not recommend coming to this McDonald’s."
