"This was a super disappointing experience and way overpriced for what I got. The chicken is totally unseasoned and mushy, the salad was very underdressed and had almost no toppings. I expected way more for a 15 dollar salad and did not get it. The service was average and the cashier was hollering at Uber Eats drivers while we waited to order. The salad isn't even really chopped, as evidenced in my picture. I would have loved some more toppings but I basically ate an undressed and unseasoned chicken Ceasar salad. I don't think I'll come back because it's absolutely not worth the price point!"

"I come here all the time and I just love the salads. I adore all the variety of toppings and dressings. The way I can make it the exact way I want and the amount is customizable. I am always satisfied with my salad. The customer service is also great when I have a problem they are always so fast and have a great solution, although the only problem I have had is wanting bread. llove this place and come all the time."

"I come here pretty much everyday after I workout and the service and food quality is top tier. The employees are always friendly and greet me with a smile. The food is delicious and nutritious. There are plenty of options for ingredients here and most of them don’t contain seed oils which is a bonus. It’s reasonably priced too. For less than $15 I get a warm grains bowl completely filled up with high quality ingredients that tastes great. Overall, this has been my favorite place to eat in terms of food and service quality. Would totally recommend especially if you are an athlete and have personal fitness goals or if you are just simply trying to eat healthy."

"I’ve never wanted to give a less than positive review until I came here. The cranberry apple salad I got had the end of the lettuce inside it as a whole piece, and NO APPLE! they forgot the apple :( and also I’ve been sick in my digestive system for 2 days after eating it. Got it Wednesday evening and finally got some sleep Friday night into Saturday morning outside of the bathroom."

"Update: I’m upgrading my review to 3 stars for now since Chopt Salad support staff responded back to me promptly, making an effort to correct their mistake. I’ll give them another try, since this was my first time. I ordered Apple Almond Crunch Salad, but there was hardly any chicken or apple in the salad. Why did I pay $11.87 for this?!? I would give zero stars, if I can."
