Panera Bread 136 Maple Avenue West, Vienna, VA 22180

"I really like panera, but I'd like this location a lot more if they'd *put the rapid pickup orders on the pick up shelf*. Consistently, I'll order my lunch, go in, and there's multiple bags on the shelf and the counter, and I can't see the tickets for the ones on the counter, I don't know if they're mine, and if they are, is it ready, and then I have cold soup. Because *eventually* someone behind the counter will notice me standing there for ten minutes and ask if I'm waiting for an order. An order that never seems to be put *on the pick up shelf*. Why have a designated spot for picking up orders if it's not going to be used? So frustrating."

"This is my favorite Panera. I loved sitting here with a bit of food / something to drink and working on my Master's or work projects at the tail end of COVID. I love the big window along one side that looks out on Maple Avenue. Parking is a challenge, but there's plenty around back."

"You're portion when when I ordered the chicken noodle soup and a sour dough bread bowl was really small. It was like I got hardly any at all and I was still hungry and had to make more food when I got home. I don't expect the item to be the largest item in the world but there was hardly any supernatural and I was eating more bread than actually enjoying the chicken noodle soup. Those chocolate chip cookies look like they'd been out a while because they were all crummy and hard. It isn't that the people there aren't nice because they are very nice people. Wasn't pleased with the quality of the food that I received for the money I paid and felt they could do better."

"Good location overall. I was there during the morning, and there was plenty of seating available the entire time. Food service was also prompt, and the order was correct. On the downside, the drink station is a little tight, and can be a bit of a choke point. Later in the day, parking can also become tighter as traffic picks up."

"My Toastmaters group (the Navygayors) held a volunteer event for the Ronald McDonald House at this location And it was an excellent experience. They have big tables for groups to gather and of course a nice casual vibe in terms of decor. My friends were able to eat, drink and craft at the same time. The staff were super nice with taking photos, cleaning up around us and taking my friends empty plates. I’m just grateful they allow people to meet here. They have free Wi-Fi too! Overall, great spot for lunch, breakfast or having a group meeting. I would get there early in the morning on the weekends to get a table because it gets packed in the afternoon. Parking is a challenge if you don’t get here early as well. I would recommend this place for sure!"
