Chipotle Mexican Grill 9506 Main Street, Fairfax, VA 22031

"Food was good here, but frustrated with the service. They need to train their employees on their rewards program. They have a big sign pushing you to sign up for their rewards program and get free guac. So I signed up while waiting in short line and order two meals, including guac. They scan the QR code that popped up when I signed up, but the guac doesn't come off the bill. He says I haven't earned enough rewards or bought enough. I point to the sign that says "New rewards members get guac on us instantly. $5 purchase min." We spent $30. Upon further inspection, there was a separate QR code that I needed to scan, which is confusing since the text with the QR code that showed up when I registered says "One scan to use rewards and earn points" If he didn't know, he should have called a manager out, but he just didn't care."

"I've always liked Chipotle ever since high school. It's in a good location for when you're passing through. The bathroom here has a keypad password so if you're in a rush because of a Chipotle food baby, be sure to ask the employees what the code is so you can deliver the baby with a slam dunk."

"Wrapped burrito incorrectly and then the staff refused to correct the mistake because the food had been bitten in to. Food is basically falling out and the shell was used more as a container than a vessel. Horrible staff."

"Just picked up a burrito bowl with a side order of chips and guacamole. Got home and saw that the guacamole was all black and smelled and tasted really bad. Decided to call the store, which was ridiculous cuz they looped us around multiple times to just reach the store and then no one was actually picking up the call. Finally got a hold of someone and they said that they've had multiple complaints about this guacamole since morning and it was actually packed since morning. So knowingly they're serving bad guacamole to get rid of inventory. The lady on the phone Kimberly was not at all apologetic about her behavior and the food. Will not be visiting this location again."

"Over salted. Short staffed. Long wait. Terribly kept condition. Trash everywhere.employees on the line were chatting the whole time and weren't focused on their jobs. Pretty done with Chipotle at this point."
