"Teribble manager today working at this location does not work with the customer , I was asking to manually add the $1 cup of soup that the software was saying I have earned, the young guy at register took phone from me and tried to add the above soup it appeared the Panera software was not working I asked him being a manager to manually add it he refused and told me to leave the store ! He treated me with total disrespect ! I was shocked by this mean person behavior and wonder how he was made a manager here. The is a Panera bread policy if we don’t get your order right we will give it you free! Far from this ! Also a woman with round glasses working here is extremely rude"

"Good place and great food . It takes a little longer to get just cooked food . But the wait is always worth it as the bread and tastes are just a treat. Listen the squash soup is a big hit. I also had the avocado and turkey a really great taste. My friend had dietary restrictions and they accommodated her perfectly. I go there every couple of months as it's not close to me but I would always go back to a known quality experience. Front clerk was just wonderful as well."

"Christopher was our customer service rep here. Absolutely born for customer service field. He was one of the most polite customer service reps I've ever experienced at Panera. This was the first time I ever had their soup so I had the broccoli and cheddar it was absolutely amazing. And I also had a sandwich to go with it which was also really really good. Christopher went above and beyond to help us today. Thank you so much Christopher. I hope you get a free lunch or something from your boss. Will definitely and we definitely recommend this place whether you're just traveling through or you live locally."

"This is a $16 chicken and pepperoni melt. They should be pretty embarrassed - what an awful experience. Overpriced, undercaring and no quality whatsoever. There hasn't been a catering order that they haven't messed up."
