"I frequent Popeyes throughout the DMV. This staff needs to be retrained on customer service. The cashier was rude an unaccomodating. Do not come to this Popeyes if you want a good customer service experience."

"The employees at this place were the rudest ever. Completely disrespectful and mannerless. I was waiting for my takeout order with my friend and one of the employees with AirPods on kept wiping the table where we were, basically trying to push us off the table when no customer was at the Popeyes. Then that staff began yelling to the cashier constantly yelling for them to hurry up with our order (so they can hurry us out). It wasn’t even close to closing yet these staff were howling and making snarky remarks right next to us about us being there so late. Honestly the worst experience at Popeyes ever. Never will let my friends go here again."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been to this location multiple times average wait time is 25-30minutes. I’ve picked up my own personal orders and delivery orders from this location. The experience is always the same. What a dumpster fire!"

"i ordered 3 things at about 3pm (long after lunch rush) by the drive thru. the woman who took my order was rude. they asked me to pull ahead and that they would bring my order out to me. the first thing was chicken tenders with a side and drink. this was the one and only thing the got correct even if it was cold. second was a sandwich with no pickles, a side and a drink. there was pickles on it and had no side. lastly there was a large fries which was nowhere to be seen. when i went inside to ask about the rest of my order i was greeted with hostility. the man who helped me picked the pickles off of the sandwich and tries to give it back to me, i ask him to make a new one and after he does and gets my large fry he checks the receipt and says it’s all there. i never got my side of fries."

"used to be great service when first opened. then they forgot my chicken a few weeks ago once and when i called they told me to come back and theyd handle it. but the cashier asked if "i was SURE they forgot it" as if i was out to get free chicken. REALLY poor training on that part. not a huge deal, maybe she was having a bad day, ive worked retail, i just answered politely and left. planned not to go back, but my daughters wanted chicken today while i was getting a haircut and so i went there for a chicken box for them. specifically asked for mild. the receipt says mild, and somehow i still got all spicy chicken that my 2 and 4yo cant eat.i checked every chicken tender hoping to salvage their lunch but they are all spicy. same cashier, i doubt its intentional or personal, and she polite enough, but this is the second time now. and now they wont answer the phone and the mailbox is full. cmon yall, do better."
