"I have been a customer of Sundance for years. Recently, I ordered 2 items for a birthday gift. I though I had ordered in plenty of time. When I went to track my package, I realized that they shipped the items USPS!! It has been 3 weeks. This is a high end retailer, and cannot understand why they would not be using Fed Ex or UPS. I am so very disappointed in Sundance. Part of excellent customer service is shipping and that includes free shipping for orders over 100.00 and using a high quality shipping service that ensure the customer receives the package in a timely matter. There are many other companies that I will use in the future that offer these common place "perks"!!"
