"if i could give this 0 i would. i went into the store very impressed and happy to find pieces of clothing i wanted. i went into the dressing room, and 2 minutes after this lady (i wouldn’t even deem her a human) comes INTO THE DRESSING ROOM and forces me to leave because apparently i did not wait IN A LINE THAT DID NOT EXIST. this “lady” with long black hair and makeup, was very rude to me and publicly humiliated me. i hope she gets fire because no one should get treated like this. no customer service either too. windsor please review your staff."

"Visited the store on September 1 2023 and I’ve never seen this place as bad as it was . First off the line to dressing room was ridiculous . One of the associates helped me get an item off the mannequin and handed it to me and as soon as I walk off to grab another item the manager I’m assuming comes up to me and says that she needs to put a sensor on the item . I proceeded to get offended and tell her that I’m not going to steal the item and that I don’t need to steal . She then says I’m not saying you’re going to steal , but I’m like that’s not the way it seems especially when you’re asking me to hand you an item to put the sensor on it . That was the most rudest thing to do ! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable to shop in a store in my life . If it’s that big of a deal then keep the sensors on the clothes when you dress the mannequin . The way this store is dealing with customers to prevent theft is ridiculous"

"Really disappointed in this location. When I checked out there was no proper tag on the dress (just a handwritten price on it). The worker (also named (Paola/Paula)) said I could return it within 14 days. I came to return it and they said they couldn't because because it looked worn (it never even came out of the bag). So I decided to exchange it just to look around and see that almost all of their items are damaged. I found one shirt with a small gray and when I asked if I could return it if I didn't like how it fit and showed them it already had a fray they said they couldn't even if they were selling it like that to me. It's clear they don't care about the quality of what they sell (all of their clothes have bad fraying on the inside or the outside), their customer service, and just want a quick buck. This is the first review I've ever felt the need to even make that's how bad it is."
