Elevation Burger

"The cashiers were very kind for informing me this place is no longer Halal and provided good service overall. However, when there was a problem with my order- the manager was incompetent and it seemed she couldn’t understand what I was saying. BEWARE: there is a hole to the left of the water machine and I saw a small rat poke through. I am not surprised that this place has rats- it is very dingy."

"My daughter is very selective with burger places and this is one of her favorite places to get a cheddar cheese burger. I tried the Elevation Fries for the first time (cheddar cheese fries with caramelized onions and Elevation sauce and they were surprisingly very good). The only minor drawback to this location is that it is part of Fair Oaks Mall, so you have to be okay to contend with the mall crowd and mall parking. But it could be worse, as I think visiting Fair Oaks is light years better than going to Tysons Corner."

"Service was awful. The person at the front was rude and cold. Asked for fountain drink but charged me for Chocolate milk. Fries were cold. The burger was dripping. $18 for Elevation burger/fries/bottle of soda does not seem worth it."

"My sister wanted some food for her birthday, so we placed an order through their website as we’ve done multiple times before. The website was a little weird in that it wasn’t allowing me to order crispy chicken sandwiches with “crispy” chicken and only gave me “grilled” chicken as the option at this location, but I was able to work around that but removing things off their specialty burgers. We got there, order wasn’t ready, but the employee kept apologizing and slowly bringing things out (it was a sizable order). We kept saying it was no big deal, since fresh food is always better, and we could see that it was being made right then. Even so, at the end, he offered us four free bottled drinks to make up for the lateness, which was so kind of him. I did have to come back in since we were given 4 orders of fries instead of 3 fries and 1 elevation fries, but I just showed him the receipt and he quickly made an order of elevation fries and kept apologizing. I never mind lateness or messing up orders when customer service is good. I wish I’d gotten the worker’s name, but I was trying to keep track of all the food so I didn’t pay attention. This was at around noon, though."

"Excellent first visit. Our first trip to this mall & thankful to find this gem. Staff was friendly & helpful as one orders at the counter and gets a number for table service. Clean and tidy here. Organic ingredients, fresh and super tasty. I had the special burger with goat cheese & peaches which was Amazing as were the made to order fries (so many - best to share) . Great deal for kid$ meal as well which is their regular size burger & fries plus a drink. If you haven't been - Go. 5*"
