"The place is basically empty as I’m waiting for my takeout order of 6 piece buffalo wings. Only thing wild here is me waiting an extra 30mins for an order that was supposedly ready to pick up. Service is no good. Actually, it’s actively bad. At least they gave me time to write a review."

"Four of us went here tonight to watch the football game. The game was disappointing, but less so than the restaurant! The place was busy and the only available tables were dirty. Eventually a waitress appeared and told us we had to order using the QR code. Meanwhile a family sat across the aisle from us and a waiter took their order personally. We asked him to get our waitress, who appeared perplexed that we would have some questions about the menu and preferred to order our meal the way it’s done at most restaurants. She finally took our order, then shortly returned with one of the four meals, but no flatware. I finally had to go to the waiter’s station where 3 servers were congregated, to request it. The remaining entrees arrived one at a time. The food was ok, but the service was deplorable!"

"I'm writing this literally while I'm here. They make you order with the QR code on the table, and the food comes out fairly quick, but we never even got water? Despite ordering it??? And every time our waiter brought us something he ran away like we were infected with the plague. I just wanted water. We ended up having to go to the bar to get it. I also ordered some extra ranch with the QR code and it simply never came. It's been 45 minutes and I've seen our waiter one time and our food is cold so guess I don't need the ranch anymore. Don't come here pls"

"Came in with my husband...was seen by Diamond. Our bill was 37.15, we left a $10 tip which came out to $47.15. Once it posted to our bank account we were charged $137.15!!! Not sure how the mix up happened when we filled out the receipt correctly...also managers are suppose to approve receipts. Luckily after talking to the manager we were able to get our money back after a week. A few days later we decided to go back to this location and give it another shot. The second experience was terrible. Half of the wings were burnt and not enough sauce. Service was extreeeemely slow....it takes forever to be seated. Our appetizer didn't come out until our meal was almost finished. I could not use the restroom because one stall was not working and the other one was so nasty. The entire restroom was gross. This used to be a great spot but they are either short staffed, or mismanaged or both."
