"A good breakfast place in Manassas. IHOP, or the International House of Pancakes, is a breakfast chain that has become a staple for pancake lovers across the United States. The first IHOP restaurant opened its doors in Toluca Lake, California, in 1958, and since then, it has become synonymous with a wide variety of breakfast options. A typical IHOP restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere, a signature blue roof, and a menu featuring an extensive array of pancakes, waffles, omelets, and other breakfast choices. Their all-day breakfast concept allows patrons to enjoy their favorite breakfast items at any time. As of January 2022, IHOP had over 1,600 restaurants in the United States. I found this typical of most other restaurants of this chain I have visited. We were greeted at the door and taken to a table. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I ordered French toast. It came out quickly and was delicious. This particular location did not have their signature syrup choices on the table which seemed odd but overall it was a good meal at a reasonable price. I would recommend this to other travelers in the area wanting a good meal."

"Food was good, It’s IHOP so nothing mind blowing but still good. But the main reason I am writing this review was the service was phenomenal, particularly from our server named Antonio who will be asked for anytime we comeback. Great representative of the IHOP brand."

"Typical diner menu in a clean, familiar setting. I appreciated I wasn't given a dirty menu. The seat cushion was worn, and I sank deep and felt the structures. Seats definitely need to be updated."

"Waitress can't bring you cream with your coffee when asked instead 10 minutes later when coffee was cold glass of water never came until food was gone the avocado toast had jar tomatoes on it and it and the whe thing just tasted lime oregano nothing on the menu saying it had oregano on it also also now they won't cook burgers to order only WELL DONE DRY even asked to speak to a manager and he (STEVE) said YEP WELL DONE DRY who wants a dry burger. We haven't been here in over 6 months because of service this place used to nice and good but last couple times it's getting worse Steve has been here for awhile and it's getting worse not better won't be coming back at all Thanks to your well done dry burgers and your well done dry steaks WOW"

"IHOP, the usual breakfast spot. At the time of writing this (on a Saturday), this place was beyond packed. Line was out the door. But still the wait was relatively quick at only 15 minutes for a party of 4. The service was still good. Although our table had a few wet spots (which we asked if they could wipe off and they did), it was still phenomenal. Everything was clean and when we had a slight problem with our order they didn't hestitate to fix it. The food came out hot and perfect. The atmosphere was very welcoming. I would definitely return. And I recommend others to come visit as well. These waiters/waitresses should get commended on their service for their hard work."
