Pizza Hut

"I placed a delivery order for a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, which was confirmed by your staff. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to call and check on the status of my order. To my surprise, I was informed that no order had been placed and the driver went home. Understandably, this left me frustrated as a customer. Either someone did not know how to enter the order into the POS, or, it was entered into the system, made, and the driver took it home since it was a cash order. This place employs people that are unprofessional and sneaky. What was done was essentially stealing from the company. I'm sure upper management doesn't care because they're stealing from the company as well. Poorly ran establishment that has zero customer service skills."

"Constantly delivers undercooked pizza and missing items. Their District Manager Michelle Campbell is a joke as well. She emailed me and promised a refund and I have sent follow up emails that have gone unanswered."

"I don't go to this Hut all that frequently - well, maybe twice a month - though there is usually not a problem when I do. I generally order using the Web page that way I can specifically type what I want to order and how I want it. I generally just do pizza or pasta and even when I make a special request they make the food correctly and are nice. Not sure I can say they ever messed up an order I've made. I recommend this Hut."

"Had a pizza delivered and should have known by the outside of the box that it wasn’t going to be pretty.. so much grease on the inside too. I had to throw away two pieces because they were soggy. Something must have been sitting on this box for the top to be this bad.. or maybe mishandled. ** the pizza was intact, the first picture is of me trying to get the remaining decent pieces out of the puddles of grease **"
