"My friends and I love coming here. They have great food and lots of options to choose from. The staff is always very friendly however I would say if there is something they could improve on, it just might be hiring more servers as it often takes a long time for them to come back to the table. "Update: I was given a full refund and contacted by the manager to address the situation. I've always been very satisfied with in-person dining at this location, and am happy that the customer service is extended to delivery experience. Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience tonight with a delivery. In person, I've had excellent food & service. However, my order tonight sent regular fries instead of the garlic fries I ordered (and paid extra). Additionally, though I specified no tomatoes, they were present, so I cannot eat the sandwich since I am allergic. Now I'm going hungry tonight. Very disappointed."

"I was trying to figure out where to go to get a late lunch. Red Robin popped into my head and I thought it sounded great, as I hadn't been there in quite some time. I was seated immediately and the server was quick to come to my table. I decided on getting the Fish and Chips. They use cod as their fish of choice, and it worked well. Not too fishy, and a great batter! The restaurant was clean and tidy. I enjoyed some of their fries with some ranch and seasoning mixed in. The server I had was polite, happy, and enjoyable to be around. I had an enjoyable time, and always felt attended to and never rushed. Thank you, Red Robin staff!"

"If I were to recommend anything, it would be the classic Red Robin burger with a tower of onion rings, with a vanilla malt milkshake. However the service was bad last night the milkshake and onion rings weren't bad. Overall this is my takeaway from this Red Robin. I grew up coming to this Red Robin. However, the last 4 trips over the last 3 years have made me want to find something else. Service has been slowly going down, and the food when customers ask for well done there shouldn't be any pink in the meat. However, the last four times we have come here, that seems to be what my Fiancé and I tend to get out of our hamburgers. As well as the times we come, it really doesn't seem there are too many people there. Servers or customers. So it would make me believe the once childhood favorite place to come eat has started to go downhill."

"Great establishment. We went in with a group of 16 the night of 10/7 and had amazing service and food. Our waitress, not sure her name took great care of us. She practically worked it by herself. Her helper was a waitress in training. The food was also great, prepared just as everyone asked. We had just left a tournament we had a been at for more than 8 hours and these kids were ready to eat. Food came out quick."
