"Ace Vacuums knows what they are doing. My 10 year old Miele vacuum needed some TLC. Chris was able to quickly diagnose the problem, order the correct parts, as well as recommend and provide a maintenance service. The service included all new filters, which it desperately needed, at a more than fair price. It took about two weeks to receive the replacement parts (supply chain problems) but Ace Vacuums also offers loaner vacuums for instances just like this. It was a great first time experience and we will be back for all our vacuum needs."
"Finally a real person to help and solve my issue with my robot Roomba I7. I drove by this store and finally an unresolved issue was solved in 1 day. I had not used my vacuum for 2 years, because i called the warranty deparment where i bought it, and they had me on the phone 16 hours, literally 3 different days, and my issue was not resolved. Finally a REAL person. Next time I will buy in this store, sometimes online purchases without proper customare service are a pain!! Small stores are much better!"
