"We had a terrible experience today - we brought in a first time pho eater and was so excited to have her enjoy her first bowl ever but EVERYTHING came out cold. Pho….cold?! Nope. The noodles were obviously over cooked and sat for a while bc they literally crumbled in the chopsticks to the point where they were mushy. I pointed it out to the server and he said, “I’m not the cook so don’t blame me. You can come back tomorrow when the owner is here.” I asked him to let the kitchen know and he literally said it’s not his fault or problem and I can talk to the owner tomorrow. Sadly, our first time pho trier didn’t like pho after trying it for the first time today and we’re bummed to have spent the time and effort on sharing what would typically be one of our favorite cool weather dishes with someone and it be such a disappointment all around. (Picture depict how crumbly and mush the noodles were)"

"I was greeted immediately when I came in and I generally know what I want so they took my order right away. The place was clean. Not a big space so maybe call ahead if you have a large party. I ordered their beef pho with all of the meats, crispy spring rolls and a pot of tea. The broth was a slightly thinner, sweeter and brighter than other pho shops, but very delicious in its own way. The aromatics really stood out. The crispy spring rolls were so fresh out of the fryer I needed to eat the pho first to let them cool down. The nuoc mam was good. A little sweeter than others. And don't sleep on the tea. Whatever they're using it's very good."
