"This is ridiculous. I ordered a deluxe pizza bowl (which are essentially a bowl of toppings) and it wasn't filled up at all. Plus that went up on price. Use to be 10 dollars now it's 12 and change. Total ripoff. I could have got a whole pizza for 10."

"We ordered tonight and I must say I am disappointed. We did order through UE and the delivery person we had issues with did TRY to make it right, God bless their little hearts, but then our order was wrong and in speaking with manager he overtalked us, didnt listen as we said it was with UE while he kept going on about DD, then he argued and said they dont offer diet DP but yet they do on their website, then proceeded to say diet DP was NOT on our Marcos receipt and it was, he then blamed everything on the NEW delivery driver saying they're all crazy becuz theyre in/out and never checking the order (which I believed to be true)...but after saying everything was UE driver fault becuz they dont read the receipt I told him well neither do you all becauae the pizza I ordered was incorrect and that doesnt fall on driver it falls on the shortcomings ĵ"

"Great pizza, but the order was not correct again. Ordered a Pepperoni magnifico at the store counter in person and added Romesan crust topping, same as I ordered a few weeks ago. Order was correct on the receipt. Great pizza, but no crust topper to make it was I was looking for in my order. When I asked the store employee and showed him my pizza, he said it was on there and it must have melted into the crust. I told him it was clear that it was not added. He shrugged his shoulders. I left with my pizza because my lunch break was about over. After happening like this twice now and also receiving poor customer service consistently, I will likely not order from this store again. Also, their feedback link on their website only links you to the order page, with no place to provide feedback. No other method to provide feedback is provided on their website. I tried on 2 separate computers, same bad link. Maybe they don't want feedback? UPDATE: Marco's Pizza replied to my comment the same day and provided two new methods, Twitter and Facebook for me to submit more information. I do not use social media, so I am still unable to provide my full comment. Could I just get a phone number or an email?"

"So I was offended last night on 6/30 in the closing hours by one of the staff. I deliver for Uber eats in my spare time with my children. I came into Marcos last night for an order for Tina . She had two pizzas and a Greek salad. I calmly waited for the order. The manager was briefing his team I believe as some of the workers were leaving. He then left instructing his workers that he will be back . For a moment I found myself gazing at the refrigerator as I was intrigued that they actually offered people the pure life tea brand. So one of the workers came up to the front and asked would I like a drink. That is normal for restaurants to offer us delivery drivers a drink. I really didn’t want any I was just tired and was ready to end my night . I said sure anyways being very polite. The young man says “oh I was just joking” he then proceeded to laugh in my face and say “that was so f’d up”. Immediately I felt uncomfortable, judged and stereotyped as I am black. I giggled it off and kindly made a statement about how I’ve never knew a shop to sell that brand, he then asked if I wanted one and if not why was I asking about it. He didn’t realize how racial he made the environment and proceeded to laugh. Being as though I had my children I did not act in a manner I should have. He is a young boy that needs to be educated and honestly should not have a job. He was very comfortable with insulting me , the small black woman delivering food with her two ponytails and her children . That says a lot about the structure of the business and the privilege the employees have to give exceptional customer service to whom they feel deserves it. I can honestly say I will never step foot in this place again, and will see to it that the young man does not ever think it is ok to be so disrespectful. We are in 2023 it is ridiculous. What if I was actually thirsty. To tease someone with a drink is unheard of . Mind you it is all on camera , so I pray he would not deny it. Maybe if the manager stayed the outcome would have been different. I feel judged and categorized."

"Update: Decided to give them another try to see if they improved their process and they have. My order was on time and the food was delicious. Hot and fresh pizza and wings. Will try them again to make sure it wasn't a fluke. The customer service was alright. I didn't like that they wouldn't honor the marcos email coupon code at the location when I am a rewards member for this location, but the price was still decent. The girl that helped me was friendly and got me my order quickly. Old review: Pizza and wings are pretty good but when you online order the pizza is NEVER ready when it says that your pick up order is ready. I understand giving an estimated time and it not being ready at that time HOWEVER, they are trying to boost their production numbers by updating your order to ready even when it's not. Don't tell me my order is ready and I have to wait another 30 mins. Bogus!"
