"Our server was very polite and tried her hardest. She was over sat and not enough servers were currently on at the beginning of dinner time. The bartender was very slow getting drinks made but that could have also been them being overwhelmed with orders. Food was good as always but they definitely need help with scheduling better or more staff."

"I’ve been going to this location for most of the past year. The service is usually slow and at times I’ve felt ignored by the staff. The food is good and that’s kept me coming back. Reading other reviews leads me to believe that this is not unique to me. Tonight my experience was totally different. I had Sean for a server. He is efficient, attentive, and communicates well. I wish that every visit was like tonight. I hope that the management sees his attitude of service and gives proper recognition to it. Thank you Sean for your excellent service!"

"The manager came over and helped us and was very nice. The food here was excellent. The server was very thoughtful and came by often. My husband and I enjoyed our early dinner. My virgin strawberry daiquiri was wonderful."

"Man, service was super slow. Arrived at the front lobby and no one was there to greet us or get us a table. Had a couple of waiters walk by and they ignored us. Didn’t take the initiative to say, “Someone will be there shortly.” After waiting for a while, the hostess came and got us a table and menus. Table was still wet with a piece of food on it. No biggie, I just swiped it off the table and carried on. Waited some more for the waiter to take our order. She was super friendly but took forever to refill our water glass. On a positive note, the food came out in a timely manner. While waiting for the food, one waiter (not our waiter) was talking to another waiter about how she only got a 15% tip and was mad about it…right next to our table. Complaining about customers in front of other customers, SMH. One thing unnoticed though, no one helped each other out. Every waiter had their tables and that’s it. A few of them passed by my empty water cup; they said and did nothing about it. Anyhow, the food came and everything tasted great. We were hungry and ate it up. Loved the sauce for the coconut shrimp and the steak was awesome. The linguine with shrimp was very tasty, but I almost pricked my checks with one of the shrimps - didn’t know they still had their tails on. I should have paid more attention. Anyhow, the wife a had a mild allergic reaction (her face turned a little red) to the under cooked shrimp cocktails. She only gets allergic reactions to uncooked/undercooked seafood. We should have told them to cook it really well, our fault. She was OK though in the end. BUT the worst part of this was, the food gave me diarrhea. I barely made it home, it was not pretty. I will not be coming back."
