"ALWAYS check your order and receipt. This store has WAY TOO MANY TIMES sent us missing items and overcharged us for items that are on sale saying that “their register added it automatically”. When called upon it, they said there’s nothing they can do. Not going back anymore, just writing this so other customers keep an eye out."

"Just had a bad experience. Which sux because I love Arby’s. Ordered two roast beef sandwiches in the drive through. Got back to the hotel and noticed blood on the buns of both sandwiches., and the meat was under cooked. Went back to seeing if this was normal and was told yes. They said I must order my sandwich’s “well done”. I’ve been eating there off and on for years, n fact I’ve been eating Arby’s over the country since a kid and have never had to say, please make mine well done. I just want some accountability, possibly a new sandwich but they said it was my fault because I ordered wrong. So just wanted to review this so hopefully your experience will be better since you now know how to order."
