Sonic Drive-In

"Classic Sonics. Food pretty good. Drive up stalls. Slow, slow service. 1 car in a stall when I pulled up. 5 minute wait to talk to someone. I pre-ordered on the app, they verified they got the order when I finally talked to someone, 6 minutes later still waiting. I order ahead so I don't have to sit around and wait, but here I am. Hate to see them during peak hours."

"This was my second time at Sonic, I ordered a double cheeseburger and when I got home the beef looked like a couple of hockey pucks, black, dry and hard. The first time, they burned the heck out of the bun. I will NEVER be going back, there are too many places to choose from where they'll give you good service, good food and a more better atmosphere."

"I’ve come here many times and always hope the experience will change. It doesn’t. This is by far the worst Sonic location on earth. If you pay on the app and wait in your car for the food it will never come. If you walk inside then you wait for over 20 min when this is supposed to be fast food. The food is decent once you actually get it but don’t order here if you are in a hurry and expect a fast food restaurant to actually serve you fast."

"I went to sonic las night, with my order I ordered a large coke zero. They gave me the wrong drink order not only once but twice. First, I received a pink soda drink and then some type of lemonade drink with limes in it and I didn’t ask for limes. I decided not to complain a second time since they like to waste peoples time. When I first let Zo know I received the wrong drink, I could hear someone in the background laughing about it. I won’t be attending this place any longer as they don’t have good customer service. Also, the fact that I got the wrong drink twice made me realize that this place has no respect. I really wish I could give this place zero stars."
