"We were disappointed that the entire ordering process was left up to us using the QR code and phone site. We were a party of eight with two small children. We entered our drinks, apps and kids meals at approximately 5:15pm. We received 2 of the 4 beers first then 10 to 15 minutes later we got the other 2 beers and 3 sodas. About 10 minutes later we got two entrees and a one kids meals. But no sign of the appetizers. 5-10 minutes later we got the appetizers and one other entree. Then we got our final drink (strawberry lemonade- not a cocktail). Still missing most of our entrees and a kids meal. We asked our "server" what the issue was and informed him we were missing a lot of food a good 30 minutes or more after some food was delivered to the table. The server shrugged it off and said it's coming. 10 minutes later, we STILL were missing a kids meal and two entrees of wings. So we asked again. The server got very defensive and just said you can talk to the manager. The manager then explained that it was our fault the food was taking so long and was so staggered. "Its your problem because you ordered it." Well of course we ordered it, that is why we were there. After that the food came out one by one with ay least 5 minutes between each of the remaining 3 items. Its a good thing we were not in a hurry. But it took us more than 1.5 hours between the first entree and the final one. Usually you would expect drinks, appetizers/kids meals and then entrees all together. This kitchen seemed to send out things randomly with no logical order or sense. Our biggest issue was that we were blamed for being there and merely expecting to be served the food we ordered. Seating yourself and ordering via phone for yourself is clearly a recipe for disaster."

"I had trouble ordering with the app so I called to place the order over the phone . Savanah took my order , and helped me out and was very nice. She made sure everything was correct with my order definitely will order again! She was amazing, went above and beyond for my order she was very kind as well. Her customer service was great!"

"In town from Germany, visiting family for the holidays. The food was good as always, but the service was impeccable. Robin was our server, and I have to say, she is just simply amazing! My parents are regulars at this location, and Robin always goes above and beyond. As we were walking in, Robin saw us and smiled and waved. By the time we were in our seats, she was there with my parents' drinks and promptly returned with one for me. She sat and chatted with us for a minute and then took our order. Our order arrived quickly and was great as always. I just can't say enough about Robin though. She is truly amazing! It's not always easy being so far away from family, but knowing my parents have someone as kind as Robin taking care of them each time they visit this location definitely helps. The world needs more people like Robin!!"
