"Great store experience I found everything I wanted. 2 associates did help me by the name of Briana and Wana. They greeted me and offered to help as soon as I came in. They were both very knowledgeable and informative about the products as well. Both So nice and kind and great customer service ! No complaints Definitely will be coming back to shop they made my first time shopping in the store a good and easy experience!"

"Beautiful clothing, especially the winter selections! The jackets are so big and warm haha. The staff were very inviting and helpful. But the most helpful was someone who helped me pick out gifts for my cousins and her name was Ashley. Absolutely amazing taste in outfits, very kind with helping me and very patient as I was very indecisive hahaha. Just a wonderful person and I am glad she was working the day I came!"

"Went in to shop for a good puffer jacket for my partner. Walked around and not a single “Hello, how can I help you?” Just a bunch of stares and looks of “I don’t want to be here don’t ask me anything”. Wanted to purchase this very nice puffer but walked out 15min later as no one offered help or assistance. Couldn’t find the right temperature puffer."

"I placed the order in November 4th. Lands End shipped it on November 11th as shown on the attachment. I was very worried when i came across name of Lands End on Google. They have an extremely bad customer service. They actually shipped my stuff after my first email on November 10th. This is a very bad experience and I would like to share this with everyone to lean a lesson. They have shipped it on November 11th and I am expecting to receive it on November 17th. Thus is a Holiday season Customer Service. I hope other potential customers can learn from my Baddd experience."
