"I met a great employee named Isabella. She was fast, cheerful, and had a bright smile. She made my day after a long morning shift. I'll definitely come back if the staff are like that."

"Hard to get a hello from some staff members, they look at you like they are the public assistance administration and they are unhappy to see you, instead of the 7 dollar coffee place. Others try to make up for it because they are embarassed by their co-workers attitude. Burned coffee is not a selling point, customer service is, that's why I prefer to go to Starbucks 20 minutes away in Fair Lakes at East Market"

"Usually very quick to make my drink. One employee is amazing. I ordered using my AAC app + while most people look down on me for not speaking he was very patient for me to type everything out, didn't rush me, + treated me equally to people who ordered verbally. I'd give him 5 stars. The store overall gets 4 bc I've had a few encounters where my drink wasn't blended well enough + I got big chunks of ice that ended up watering it down a lot."

"Basically a dismal Starbucks kiosk. Not really anyplace to sit, cramped. I feel sorry for the kids who work there. They always seem miserable. Use a little gas and go to the Starbucks at Atlas Walk instead. At least it's a more pleasant environment to enjoy what you are already paying way too much for."

"Every time I go to this Starbucks, I have a bad experience. They never know how to make the new drinks that come out, no wait, they don't know how to make any drinks in general.There's always something that taste off about them. I haven't had one good experience there. Don't ever come to this FAKE want to be Starbucks. It's a waste of money."
