"The food was good. The service was accurate and timely. I still use drive-through pickup where I can. This is the only Panera in the Manassas area that has a drive-through service. The person I dealt with was patient and friendly."
"Picked up a salad and noticed mold on the lettuce. Called in and whoever the person was that answered was like “are you sure it’s not cheese” I replied: “ no this salad doesn’t come with cheese and mam it’s distinctly mold” and her response “you want a refund?” Crazy that there was no understanding in the time and money spent to order and pick up the food and your response is “you want a refund?” I have worked retail for 10 years and you take care of the customer so they want to come back. Offer them something. Even something small…Crazy"
"We really enjoy having Panera close to us however, this location is very hit and miss. We have experienced order pick-ups missing food items, overly salted soups, sandwiches with very little filling inside and when special instructions were included (allergy restriction) they weren’t followed. Other family and friends had slightly better experiences but ours has really been 2-stars at best. Buyer beware with this one."
"I smiled at the girl at the register a few times and she looked at me like a high school mean girl. She looked annoyed the whole time. My order was taken very wrong and she didn’t know how to take my order. Not very hard either. I’ve been getting the same thing for about 25 years. Never have issues at any other Panera. Have been to over 100 around the country. Had to get my sandwich fixed as it had something on it I specifically said not to and on the receipt that item was not shown as “no” but things my sisters bagel was not toasted at all. And my lettuce was soggy and one singe PEOCE of onion. I also didn’t get my side baguette either. I’m over all very disappointed and most likely will never come Back to this location. Every single table was dirty and gross. And the girls working in the back were loud very loud there was no music being played around the restaurant but even if there was you would hear all their conversations. The girl Who took my order was wearing a hoodie with her hood up and her clothes were extremely dirty. I hope that’s not how the people Handling my food look I don’t write reviews often hardly ever but I’m so disappointed"
