"I went KFC drive-through I ordered an L3 with fries and lemonade and I said, and I also need a small fry and a Pepsi and because the person didn’t understand because she’s not from this country she kept on saying so you want a Pepsi with your L3 and I explain there’s two people in this vehicle one person in a vehicle one wants an L3, the other person in the vehicle wants a small fry and a small Pepsi. Needless to say after saying it multiple times I left the drive-through very angry without my food because she didn’t understand English very well this is truly upsetting for an older person to go through. She shouldn’t be in the drive through if she not capable of understanding that there were two people in the vehicle, and it was two different orders, but on the same ticket. Done Captain D’S has better food to bad we’re stuck with KFC / Long John. I will never return to any of the locations!!!"

"went here for lunch with a friend today and we only get an hour for lunch. we get there and they say we don't have any fillet's for the chicken sandwiches. so they are not prepared for the lunch rush but proceed to rush us to make our order. we asked how long for the fillet's to cook and they said 7 minutes. 15 minutes later we get our orders. it takes 15 minutes to get there and 15 minutes to get back. and my order was a large and they gave me a medium. so lost almost our whole lunch hour and a wrong order."

"Have eat here several times, and when doing the drive thru seems that the orders are always wrong. But, the food is always good and not as greasy. The last time I ate here. I ordered the fish and chicken platter. Which should of been 2 pieces of fish and one piece of chicken. I got 3 pieces of fish."

"Just another retailer using taking advantage of the COVID Pandemic to reduce customer service and save money. I will take my business elsewhere, I'm not eating in my car anymore."
