IHOP

"I visited this IHOP with a group of friends and got the worst service of any restaurant I have ever visited. I ordered sirloin tips well done with no mushrooms, rice and broccoli. I order came with mashed potatoes and mushrooms. The waitress took it back and came with rice, mushrooms and rare meat. I requested our check at 6:20 p.m. and all the checks were wrong. After another attempt to correct the problem which was unsuccessful we were told to get in line at the register and have the manager fix the problem. It was then 7:30 p.m. When I complained about the situation the manger simply said the waitress was trying and refused to give any discount for our inconvenient. I left with the feeling that management did not care how their customers were treated."

"We've been to many IHOP Restaurants before. However today's service was not the best. I know they are busy on the weekends, but just to get the check taking over 20 Minutes and the manager was rude saying "I'm not going to take money out my pocket for you guys" We we're not asking for Charity nor asking anything unfair. We simply had a $10 coupon for an almost $80 check. Very disappointed today not sure if we'll be back to this location again in the future."

"It's nice to see things coming back. The portions are smaller now, and the pancakes seem smaller. The food was good, and the service was great. The restaurant was not busy and seemed abandoned."

"Visited an IHOP after many years and this location for the 1st time. Food was fine and service was average. Grits was okay, a bit lumpy Veggie omlette was served wrapped in spinach leaves Pancakes were good like always ( tried original, blueberry and cupcake) Fried chicken was a little chewy than expected. The tea was served in a cup with no additional hot water There was no warm maple syrup available. Pan cakes saved the day almost every thing else was almost average ( even below average)"
