"Opened up my sandwich when I was ready to eat it and found a hair laying underneath it. Are hairnets not a thing anymore??? This isn't the first time I've had this happen!!"

"Tried stopping for drive-thru tonight. Wound up with a delivery truck pulled up almost to my rear bumper as i was trying to order the food through the app. I was already out of the way of normal traffic, but pulled directly into a parking spot, which apparently wasn't good enough for this driver. They pulled right behind me, i did still have enough room to move, but he refused and of course had his lights blinding me the entire time. Ok, so, with all this, i just left. Once home, i decided to call and let the manager know that their drivers actions cost them revenue...3 different calls, hung up on every single time! I'm sorry Wendy's...this is not a good look for you!"

"Passed two times iv gotten the $5 bag a double stack. The bread is soggy and the burger just doesn’t taste right. Idk what’s wrong a the service just isn’t the same. Not happy about it at all. I will be letting them all know when I return again. No I didn’t wait awhile to eat the burger I got home bout 10 mins an opened it up an it’s soggy. Always done this a never been a problem."

"This Wendy’s used to be good.. but the last year or so they have been slacking big time. I stopped coming here a few months ago because I noticed RAW pieces of meat in my chili… decided to give it another try tonight and it happened AGAIN! You can see from the pictures where the cooked meat is and the raw meat is. Sorry, but that’s nasty!! Fries were okay, nuggets weren’t bad but I won’t be back unless things change. Hopefully they do."
