"They've spent more time "fixing" my husband's vehicle than he's actually driven it. Payments are still due even though they've put off working on it for weeks. Then they lost the key. Very irresponsible. While my husband was asking about his key, another customer walked in inquiring about a car and she ignored my husband to go make a sale. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give zero stars I would."

"Thought I accidentally called the nursing home when the old lady answered. Super rude, very unhelpful. Soon enough customers will have to take care of her instead. Save yourselves the hassle, find a better place, these guys will take every possible advantage over you to make an extra buck."

"Horrific!!! The most rudest customer service ever!! Never experienced such bad service!! The older lady whoever answers the calls all the time is so rude, I asked her if a sales person was in she said she’s “anticipating“ for them to be back I asked if there’s an estimated time so that I could call back. And word for word she yells “Are you not listening to anything I’m saying?! I said I’m anticipating for her to come back, which means she may not even be back today!” Lady look up the meaning of the word anticipating and get out of the career you’re in if you don’t know how to deal with people, which is literally your job!"

"They dont deserve 1 star. The previous review is correct. They take advantage of people down on their luck and have little to no options pushing vehicles well over priced that has little to no maintenance to get them off the lot. My daughter in law bought a car, in less than a week it leaked oil in puddles.. diagnosed as rear main seal bad.. They are going to fix it. Offered no replacement to drive while it is being fixed. So I dont know how they expected her to get home or to work to pay for this piece of junk. But they will fix any problems in the future at her expense and she can make payments on that as well. People like this shouldnt be running a business. I did shame them into getting a loaner. Week 2: The new car was picked up after repairs were made, didnt get it off the lot the engine blew up. Was given another loaner till it is fixed, again. Drove the loaner approx. 10 miles and tire blew out before she could get to work. Took it back and got a 3rd loaner. Holding my breath!!! Week 3: The Loaner was a joke as well. My original car cant be fixed. Its toast. Now they want to put me in another junker. Not interested. Ask for my money back..Guess What, "They dont give refunds." This place needs to be shut down. I really hope they read this post."
