"Went in on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm and order a 2 piece chix platter which consists of 6 tenders for almost 12.00 and in the pics what what I got. And to make matters worse they tried to hide it by dumping the fries on top of them. Who ever the guy was running the kitchen gave me a few more, but I still ended up spending half my lunch break in there waiting on food."

"First time gassing up and walking into a Sheetz. Clean including the bathroom! Friendly as well. The coffee machines were cool. An instant fresh grind of the coffee beans after your selection your roast."

"The Sheetz roadside convenience store off I-81 in Mt. Jackson, VA is a nice place. It's clean, neat, and well organized. The Men's Room is properly maintained for the most part. Two of the three urinals are out of service. That could become a problem during a busy time. There are plenty of gas pumps and plenty of Tesla Supercharger stalls. I recommend this Sheetz."

"Spring Break '21 was my first time ever experiencing Sheetz and I was impressed. The facility is cleaner than most truck stops and the food was good. The Spicy Chicken & Waffle Sandwich was a highlight! I'd stop here again if passing through."

"FYI!!!!!! Check your food before you leave. I read the reviews and knew to check my items before I left. And they did forget a few things. Pay for your food that you ordered so you don't have to stand there and wonder why your # wasn't called. We made that mistake today. I feel like they should have a sign letting people know if you don't go there often. They also need baskets or something to hold everything. It's kind of hard carrying a lot of stuff to the counter. They have great customer service as far as dealing with the people. Except!! when you receiving your food. I feel like someone should be there just to make sure the customer is ok. That little touch means a lot. I can say they keep the place clean. And wash there hands before touching anything else.. As far as the food. It was ok to pretty good. For the price Im pretty sure we would come again. I just wish they make sure the food is hot and not warm. I also wish they had that brisket rolls and chicken wings. Im over joyed they have fries. I think sheetz should all have the same menu items. That's just me. Portion size is really good. Or it's because we order extra meat. But still the price for everything was better than going to the same old place. One more thing. I know Im coming back for the salad. They were spot on and lasted till lunch. They would of gotten a 5 But they missed a few items in our bag and we were standing there for awhile without knowing to pay first. I like there food selection. It's way better than a lot of truck stops."
