"Terrible experience! I bought a bike and helmet online to pick up at the store. They didn't have it and posted a refund without contacting me. My money was tied up in their 10-day hold. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. Sorry for the inconvenience. So they made interest off my money for 10 days (and probably millions of other people while we just have to wait). There is no offer for store credit or anything. Hope they enjoy the interest they stole because I closed my grocery delivery account and will never spend another dime at Walmart. Oh, customer service said they would send me a $25 gift card for my trouble. Never happened. I bought a bike at Target and had a wonderful experience! Customer service is not dead! (It is at Walmart)"
"My fiancee and I just left this walmart. It's clean, organized. The staff friendliness is hit or miss but today there was am older woman working at the self checkout section who was just incredible. She was super friendly, attentive and helpful. She gave me a sticker and called me cute!! The best and most unexpected experience of my life!!"
