"Our distributor suddenly quit and our car died on 81 right at the strasburg exit. We were impressed by the reviews, especially the man who never even met Robert. We chose to have the car towed there since he said he had time to work on our car and get us back on the road asap. It turns out he has a small shop and it looks like he also like to do small engine repairs. He was very good to us, sincere and really wants to help his neighbor. He is very pleasant. As it happened, replacing the distributor cap and rotor alone didn't work. I feel like he was trying to keep costs as low as possible for us. When that didn't work, we called a mechanic friend who was more familiar with Nissans. Our friend suggested that our vehicle needed the whole distributor replaced. Robert was very humble and listened to the advice. That worked. Robert is willing to work until the wee hours of the night if he has to when he knows someone needs the work done soon. He kept reassuring is that he wanted to get us back on the road again, which he did. He is a good guy and a hard worker. And, you can visit with pretty bird, his friendly pet chicken while you wait."

I have brought my volvo XC90 for oil changes, Nissan frontier for 2 timing belts over the years,tune ups & break changes and countless Honda's in the shop we have had. "Robert Blailock saved me from my nightmare from coming true. I was about 200 miles from home, visiting this area ( I 81 exit 296 near Strausburg) when my steering started to shake vigorously and car started swirling. I got off I 81 and parked in a parking lot on Friday at around 7-730 PM. Blailocks auto was close by and had good reviews and open on Sat - so had my car towed there, left it overnight and called Robert next day at 0800. He called me back with an estimate and had my care ready by 2pm ( I picked it up at 430 pm). He was honest, efficient and most importantly fixed my problem ( CV Axle on front had failed - so a major issue). Never even saw the guy - would like to stop by and say thank you if I am passing by and he is open."
