"We have had a horrible experience with this business. We bought a nearly $700 vacuum and it's on it's second year. It runs a few minutes and then stops. You have to push the reset button and then it happens again over and over. We have had it back for repair 4 times and it isn't working yet. We returned it today and he said it was clogged but wouldn't produce what he said clogged it. We had already checked that and it was not clogged. It's a lemon. He offered $100 trade in for another one! Don't buy from them, they do not honor their products and the customer service is here poor. June 7 the vacuum was rebuilt and seems to be working now, we have used it once."
