Example: My son left his school laptop/backpack in his car that was left overnight for a repair. Jimmy personally delivered it to our home instead of us having to go get it. Service has been great. "I hit a pretty good size nail on a brand new tire and quickly lost air pressure while driving down 206. I stopped in at Brakepoint to see if they could help. Jimmy had one of the guys take care of me so quickly. Waiting in their waiting room was actually a joy! They were friendly and 'angel' his dog was so loving!
