"I am absolutely dissatisfied with this Hand and Stone location. I have attempted to cancel my membership for months. Every person I would talk to would say I have to talk to the manager and would “leave a message for them”. But I would never hear back. I have gotten charged for months without ever using my membership. The customer service is below average."

"I had a horrible facial at this location. I made it clear I was in need of extractions. My aesthetician spent the first 15 min rubbing my face in the dark before ever examining my skin in the light, barely spent time on extractions, and the most disappointing-she did not do a massage at the end-a part of a facial service I look forward to and have become accustomed to, as I’ve done many facials at other H&S locations and businesses. Just overall really disappointing experience and when I called to let them know how the service went, the front desk told me the manager would give me a call, I would have appreciated but it never happened. Having just moved to the area I was hoping to start a membership that worked for me but it will absolutely not be here."

"My husband just had the absolute worst massage from Irene. He specifically told her where his issues were (lower back) and he said she worked up to that point and stopped, no pressure on his knots. Repetitive motion, no technique. Stood at the top of the table to work his lower back and her stomach was pressing down on his head in the cradle. I mean for $138 for 50 minutes some aspect of the massage should be professional. Richlyn was booked up because she's awesome and we should have waited until January to get her for this price."

"Came in for a first massage yesterday. The massage was great and the therapist did a good job. I was planing to book another massage with her right away. However, turns out this is not an option at the price I paid initially. Instead, they tried hard to sell me a membership, which always makes me uncomfortable as it feels like a somewhat shady business practice. The reviews here do indeed suggest that cancelling said membership is not easy. Too bad. I would have gladly come in for another massage. I still might buy only if I can pay my membership month to month. I will not be paying any money in advance."
