"I have had hundreds of massages across the state and country, and there's no better massage therapist than Jeannette. Bedminster Hand & Stone is so fortunate to have a professional therapist employed at their spa. Jeannette truly listens to your areas of concern and then magically finds other areas of the origin of the pain or tension. I don't know how she does it! She is so in tuned with your body's needs - needs that I didn't know that needed some TLC. I felt I went to heaven and sometimes, I'm not ready for a massage to end. After first focusing on my neck and shoulder tension, I was able to relax for the rest of the massage. Because Jeannette took her time and paid attention to these areas first, I felt my massage was completed. But then her massage of my feet - oh holy moly! Her pressure and technique is perfect, spot on and I have never felt so relaxed, even the next day, than I did following Jeannette's service. "I am a dental Hygienist. I had terrible neck and shoulder pain. I scheduled an appointment online later the same day after work. I was in so much pain I didn’t know how I was going to work the next day. My therapist was Norbert. I asked him concentrate on my neck and back. Norbert was excellent. Even though I was still a little sore, I felt better. The acute pain was gone and I had more range of motion. I will return and I will schedule with Norbert. I was able to go to work the next day and do a full shift 8am to 7pm. Thanks Norbert."

"I had a negative experience: I have been a member for several years now and have liked the services. However, recently one of the schedulers did a mistake in setting up an appointment. They booked for the month I used my package whereas I had asked to scheduled for the following month. I was on a vacation in Europe and obviously did not know about this error ( I was assuming my appointment was for the following month). They charged me a no show fee and I tried to explain that it was not my fault but they the manager did not pay any heed. So please double check when you schedule an appointment. So, a manager of other location ( Keri) called me upon viewing this review. She was very kind and understanding! She agreed to what I was saying and refunded me. Thanks!!"
