"I had a horrible experience with mani pedi. The technician recklessly tore out chunk of skin above ring finger and caused some bleeding. When asked to be more careful she was defensive and blamed me. The owners just laughed when brought to their attention. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing to laugh at customers but it was unprofessional. This place can be hit or miss but will not be returning after this. Bad polish job too lots of bubbles"

"Pedicure Stayed after pedi so toes wouldn’t get smudged, then went to blower table and left. Both large toes smudged, went back, and it was as if I was invisible. Nail person put finger on polish(that was smudged) pressed it down and said it was ok. I told her it was unacceptable, only had to take polish off those two toes and put on Fresh color….didn’t happen..will never return"

"I enjoyed my manicure very much it was extremely QUICK! I appreciate that as someone who wants pretty nails but hates sitting in a chair for hours after work. My nails look amazing and the hot stone massage was very nice."

"I was very disappointed in the last few manicure/pedicures I received. Not in the actual work, but in the way it was administered. The last time they did my manicure on a pillow while I received a pedicure and a few weeks ago they tried to do the same. It was rushed and the owners snapped at the girl doing the work. They used to play Hallmark movies, but now they play movies with cursing and vulgar language. The atmosphere is not soothing or conducive to relaxing. I have been going there for 3 years, but I will not be returning."

"Don’t go to Luxy Nails if you want to be treated with respect and kindness. During my gel manicure they were extremely rushed and even cut a chunk out of my finger with the nail clippers- drawing blood. They also made fun of my age multiple times throughout the appointment. I asked “do you do this to all customers” and the old man just laughed back and said he didn’t like young people at all. They lack time management skills and respect for their own customers. I wouldn’t bother coming to Luxy Nails if you want a good nail experience."
