"I normally dont feel like its I should have to leave a bad review but I was referred to come to this location and seen alot of good reviews . I went for one tire to be replaced. Went after work got there after 5 was one person there waiting. I didnt leave till after closing . So took legit over 2 hours . But thats not why Im complaining . I left a tire shop the mechanic pulled my car up telling me I have in both my back tires nails. And he told the manager in the front who never told me while I was sitting there waiting. But he tried to upsale me and tell me I needed brakes and I should replace another tire which didnt have a nail in it . If I wasnt so tired and wasnt outside already about to get in my car I would have went back inside and went off . Plugging my tires wasnt making enough for him to mention to a customer . Which I heard the mechanic prior tell him about the customer before me needs a oil change he is over milage and disregared telling him that as well . So they tell you what they want to tell. What they benefit and make money off of ."

"The guy, whose name is James, scheduled an appointment at 15:00 for 4 tires changing and alignment. I came on time! After that he asked me to wait 1 hour. At 16:00 another car arrived and they took another car by skipping me... 16:10 James came to me and said that they will not be able to take my car today because the mechanic leaves at 18:00. Workers here are extremely slow here. Will never come here again and tell all my friends that Mr.Tire under GoodYear Tire is the worst place to do a service!"
