"The receptionist has screwed me over time and time again. Firstly trying to shoo me away after I got off the phone with Gary and then called him back after he told me to, I get her instead insisting there is no gary that even works there. The owner. Doesn't work there. Secondly I schedule to get my breaks done and a noise checked and she puts me down just to get my brakes checked and not done. Why would I drive all the way over there with squeaking breaks not to get them done? The kids that run the shop when gary isn't there are insufferable and unprofessional, the son and the daughter. Then I was left a voicemail gaslighting me telling me that I was told that they would need to check my breaks in order to see what needs done and to order parts which is a LIE. Not surprising that they have no remorse in constantly lying to me."
